Fracas runs weekly training sessions on Saturday mornings during autumn and winter and Tuesday evenings during spring and summer.
Classes are split into ability from beginners through to competition level dogs and handlers.
New beginners courses generally start in April and October dependent on demand and
spaces Contact us for more details.
Dogs need a basic level of obedience in order to take part -
They need to be a year old before they start training in order that their bodies are physically mature enough to cope with the demands of agility. Bring a special toy or treats that will help keep your dogs attention and motivation.
Classes start at 8.45am on Saturdays and 6.30pm on Tuesdays. However we ask those in the first classes each week to come half an hour earlier to help set the kit up. Those in the last class each day are asked to stay and help put the kit away.
If you are new come along and see what we do before you join us.
Dogs must be kept on a lead until otherwise directed and under close control. Our venue is a working farm, although not close to the training field, heavy machinery and livestock are in the vicinity and cars travel fast along the access road.
Please park as directed here, the milk tanker may need access. In the winter months if there is no space in the layby please park in the ‘Yard’ to the left of the barns on the map. See the contact us page for our address and map.
